Received product as advertised quicker than expect

Hi ordered a phone via the Orange online store. I have to admit I did read the reviews on Hello Peter before I placed the order and had some concerns using them.<br> <br> I however decided to order the phone as it was a good deal and very few other suppliers has the version of phone I required in stock.<br> <br> I expected the delivery to take around 2-3 days, but was surprised with great service as I received an electronic communication advising the phones was packed and ready for collection by 10 am the same morning. I could track the parcel via the courier company, and the phone was delivered the next morning a whole day quicker than I hoped. The phone was also exactly as advertised.<br> <br> I can compliment orange on the following:<br> 1 - Website was easy to use.<br> 2 - I was kept in the loop for delivery via electronic communication and could track the parcel via waybill no.<br> 3 - Phone was delivered ahead of time.<br> 4 - Phone was received as advertised<br> 5 - Phone worked without any issues.<br> <br> So now lets just hope I receive the same service IF I possibly need their support on warranty issues!<br> <br> <br> <br>
