Pushing me from pillar to post with no response

I am very unhappy with Orange online store. When I first placed my order there was apparently a glitch on the system which did not process my order even though the money got taken off my account. it took me a couple of days to explain to the agents overseas that I still wanted my order they should just allocate the money to my order. This could not be done and I had to place another order after the money was refunded to me. I placed another order then apparently they did not have my card details for the money to go out of my account! it took them another couple of days just to get my card details. As a courtesy, Jana Alexandre (team leader) organised that I get express delivery for the inconvenience they had caused me - meaning I would get my order the next day, only to find out that they now have an issue with stock. I still do not have my order and it has been more than 2 weeks since I placed the initial order. this is ridiculous and I will not recommend this site to anybody. There is also a huge language barrier. They should send their agents for more training.
