Poor after sales service

<p>I sent a enquiry to yourselves last week friday reference 80520 but until now no response. So i went to samsung to repair my samsung s6 edge only to find that they refuse to repair my phone which is under warranty because it does not have a ICASA logo on it and now i am stuck with repairing my faulty charger pin through yourselves which is going to be lengthy and this was not explained to me when i bought the phone. I need to fix the phone ASAP because i am unable to charge the phone and it is useless, it is just over a year old. I am of the opinion that this phone never passed the neccessary factory checks which is why my charger pin is now a problem, I also noticed a lot of similar charger issues with other complainants so this phone of mine did not pass the checks. This phone became a problem a few months ago already and when i try and blow the dust out of the charger pin thinking it will help then the phone says dock connected which should happen when i charge wirelessly. I am of the opinion that this phone was faulty when it left the factory so now i am worried that even if it is repaired i will have other problems potentionally because this phone is inherently flawed.</p>
