Outstanding Service!

I just wanted to add my experience as a positive in this sea of negative reviews.<br> I ordered a Nexus 5 on the 2nd of Feb. No issues on the website, payment was made and I received the appropriate emails with the order details and a link where the order status can be tracked. On the 3rd of Feb, I received another email informing me that the order is ready for collection! I was only able to drive to their office on the 5th. I gave the receptionist the order number and was promptly by one of Orange's personnel. She handed me my phone and requested that I confirm that everything is in order, which it was, and that was it.<br> So maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones or Orange is busy turning their service around, but I would definitely buy from then again. The whole experience was very pleasant and pain free. Things that could have counted in my favour is that they had stock of the item I wanted and I chose to pick-up the order, eliminating any courier issues.<br> Now I have a wonderful new phone that's not available anywhere else in SA and this was made possible by Orange.
