Ordered for Delivery and yet sent to warehouse

Ordered an Otterbox Defender case on the 18 of March 2015 for delivery via Courier to my residence.<br> <br> Its 1st of April 2015 and I still do not have my case. <br> Checked order status, it said shipped on the 30th of March 2015. <br> Called the contact centre to ask what happened: they said it was marked for pick up at the JHB warehouse. <br> Which was wrong as I sent the order Acknowledgement email which clearly shows that it was meant for delivery.<br> From the order status and the call centre clerk I have been able to determine it has been sitting at the warehouse from the 24th of March 2015.<br> <br> Please resolve, I ordered in advance so that I could have both the tablet and the case for a birthday present and the birthday has passed and I still dont have a case.<br> <br> Furthermore I have emailed and called OrangeZA and no definitive answer has been provided on when the item will be delivered.
