Order status remains 'Awaiting Stock'

<p>I made a purchase on 9 September, that was estimated to arrive 8 days later. However, from the initial day til the eight days were complete, the status remained "Awaiting Stock". Upon the completion of the eight days/arrival of the last day, the days increase to four, while still "Awaiting Stock". This is unacceptable service. Either Orange has a poorly manage tracking system or they are inauthentic about their stock availability. If the latter is true, why allow customers to purchase a product on the false pretense that you actually have a product to deliver. <br /><br />Order ***-5F1E-D069</p>
