Order not prossed
<p>I orderd a phone and paid for it, got the email saying ''hank you for your order'' but when i check online on my profile it says my order is not prossed my order ref is 67L25F15622E</p>

We have investigated your order and found that your order was placed after our normal working hours. This is the reason that you would have seen your order status showing as "Unprocessed" on your profile.
Our order processing team work during normal business hours and orders are processed within the hours of 8am to 6pm.
