I placed an order with Orange for a robot toy on the 17/11(R930). As per their website, they had stock,transaction was completed. 5BH65F0368DD.Followed up 2days later, my profile on website stated \Awaiting Stock".Follow up email on the 19/11. 20/11received a reply from Teodora Shalvardjieva stating that the item purchased was discontinued &suggested I cancel the order? 20/11 I rep**** that I did not want to cancel &that Orange investigate this matter.Followed up again on the 24/11.Zornitsa Tomova rep**** on the 26/11stating that there was no stock and my order will be cancelled"
