Orange taking forever to replace dameged phone
Orange sent a courier to collect the damaged phone on the 22nd of July 2015. its now the 05th of August and Orange still claims they havent received the phone. its been more than 2 weeks. i dont have a phone. i bought the phone cash with Orange but i dont have a phone. Why is it taking so long if the phone was collected on the 22nd of July. How is this possible? I am really Upset
