Orange owes me R8 904.70!

On 23 Jan I ordered a Nexus 6 and accessories. Total order price was R8 559.70. Included was R88 for next day shipping.<br> <br> On 26 Jan the price reduced to R7 871. I phoned in and they agreed seeing that it was still a week to go they will reduce the price and change the order. Total price of order was now R8261. <br> <br> The catch was, the order would have to change to a EFT payment and the credit card authorisation will be released. So I transferred R8216 on 26 Jan. All confirmation was received.<br> <br> Now I see that the credit card payment was not released and I have been debited. Since then too, the accessories were cancelled so not the total order is only of the phone - R7871. <br> <br> So to summarise:<br> I have paid R16775.70 (R8216 EFT plus R8559.70 credit card)<br> I have received the phone worth R7871.<br> <br> ORANGE OWES ME R8904.70!!! You can also add the R88 for overnight shipping as it wasnt received overnight.<br> <br> Today I received an email to say that a letter has been emailed to my bank - what is that going to accomplish? You the vendor have to refund me seeing that it has gone off my account. And it has to be EFT as the amount owed is MORE than the credit card<br> <br> The ORDER NUMBER IS 51-LD-5F-22-A3-F5 <br>
