Online order system broken
<p>I just Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge from Orange.</p> <p> </p> <p>I completed the payment per CC as normal but after payment I was referred back to my Shopping Basket to find that no order had been created.</p> <p> </p> <p>I immediately phoned Orange and was Advised that this is a known issue on the site. I was requested to provide some details so that the Finance department could associate my Payment with the Order and get it recreated.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am looking forward to a speedy response and assistance so that I can change my rating for you guys.</p>

After getting my Order and Payment manually created and associated, it was only a short 4 Day wait and I got my phone!
Very impressed and please with the speedy, efficient and friendly help that Teodora provided.
Withholding one star as the Online ordering with CC is still an issue. Rather order and Pay via EFT until the issue is resolved.
