Not so bad service

I recently ordered a Sony Xperia Z2 from orange online. Was nervous as hell since the majority of reviews are, lets face it, very bad. And I checked, their general contact centre is actually in Bulgaria. Even though they are friendly, I don't see how they would be able to help much in local matters. But I took the risk. Phone got delivered at my house, before the set date, no damage, no payment issues, no complaints whatsoever. I have to say though no one updates the stock level over the weekends so what is online and what is actually available is not the same thing. I can see how that could really upset the majority of people if they have to wait for stock when they expected there to be stock and an earlier delivery. Conclusion of my experience: Great site, great products and great prices (I saved 3800 rand versus local prices). People just need to remember that customs can delay stuff up to three weeks, so dont ***** and moan when it is out of their control. You will wait longer but youll hardly be disappointed. Feel free to use orange keeping that in mind.
