Not happy with the service

Good Day

I bought a LG G3 about a year and 5months ago. I am currently having problems with it where the screen freezes and starts to flicker and then goes black. I know this to be a regular lg problem. Now i am being told i have to pay for my repairs. Seriously all cellphone companies has been giving 2year warranty on their phones and orange only gives you one!!!!! If i knew it was a different problem and not a regular LG problem i wouldnt have mind paying for repairs but this is a regular lg PROBLEM!!!!!!!

Im not paying so much to have a phone fix which decided to randomly stop working after being looked after so well. I would appreciate if you can advice me on what to do because i feel that it is LG's duty to have this fixed or replaced. Like i said im not happy at all. If you can't help me give me someones number who i can speak to and will help me.

Thank You

Hello Kha****a,

Thank you for contacting us,

We're sorry to hear that you're having issues with your device. Please be aware the standard warranty period is 12 months / 1 year however certain manufacturers and/or mobile operators may offer a 2 year warranty as part of their value added service.

We currently do have certain devices that enjoy this 2 year warranty but is is most certainly not a norm.

We encourage you to address any device related issues with the manufacturer directly as we are not able to assist in that regard. We are happy to assist with any faults within the warranty period at no cost, however outside the warranty period, any costs will be for your account.

Please accept our apologies that we could not assist further with your issue, if you'd like to provide any more feedback to us, please get in touch via e-mail :

Kind Regards

Orange South Africa
