Not a hitch, but...

Purchased a Note 4 from them and received it within three days, as specified on the website when I placed the order. Tracking the shipment was also really straightforward and up-to-date (fedex). I would have to rate my experience with them as excellent, however I must admit that had I read some of the other complaints prior to making my purchase, I wouldn't have placed mine. <br> <br> It seems as though if the phone/item is in stock when you place your order, then whole process is seamless. So I would suggest that you try to confirm that before making a purchase (though even that may not be guaranteed). <br> <br> I also think that it should be made clear that items come from the U.K. and that delivery will be made when the item is in stock (not the guesstimation made on their website). Despite the excellent experience I've had, I would hesitate to make a purchase with them again until these issues have been resolved. Thank you regardless Orange.
