NO DELIVERY NO COMMUNICATION

I ordered and paid for Sony M4 Aqua on the 15th July 2015 , received email that order was shipped and at the warehouse on the 28th July 2015. Spoke to the agents , both told me phone was at warehouse I will be called when device has arrived at the store (chose option to collect at the Cape Town store) . Agent told it will be dispatched this week Monday , it is now Thursday still no communication regarding order , no phone. I want my phone or give me back my money. <br> <br> I am highly disappointed with this store!!!
