No delivery and refusal to compensate
On the 10th February, I ordered a Google Nexus 5 phone case. On or about the 17th February I was contacted by Orange who stated that the phone was ready for shipping but that they were waiting for the phone case. The lady who called offered to \part ship"both items separately at no extras cost. I accepted. The case was delivered to but to date I have not received the phone. On the 2nd march I was informed that the \""correspondent department\"" had become involved. However I was never contacted back. I have since gotten in contact with Blake Levitan"
