Nexus 5X faulty device

I ordered a Nexus 5X and when it arrived it worked for about 5 minutes before getting stuck on startup. The Orange support team were very helpful and arranged a Fedex pickup of the device and then a few days later a brand new device got delivered to me.<br> <br> Excellent service! I can't thank them enough for their slick handling of the situation and friendly attitude the entire time.<br> <br> It is very common that when something new is faulty - the shop treats you like you broke it and is skeptical to take it back.
