Massive discounting following purchase.
I must say I'm seriously disappointed in Orange SA. Barely a week after I purchased the HTC One A9 from the company for R9640, the price of the the phone was massively discounted down to R7635. I have done business with Orange before and I would have appreciated some kind of forewarning that I could have saved a massive R2005 had I waited a few more days - out of some kind of loyalty for having formerly done business with them. Everything else about the service was excellent.

We're sorry that you seem to be so disappointed.
Unfortunately price changes can happen without notice, in the same way that the pricing could have increased, it does happen.
We are at the mercy of the manufacturer and/or their appointed distributor to inform us of these changes but it can happen without notice and we can end up having purchased stock at a much higher price forcing us to incur losses with every sale.
We appreciate your comments on your service and do apologise for the disappointment you've suffered.
