Lies lies lies
order 5dg2-0f1c-2d7e<br> <br> After having sent my phone to them in december 2014 for technical issues and them taking too long to get back to me they offered me a replacement. Great. So we placed a reorder 16/01 .... in this MONTH of waiting for the phone I have been **** to so many times about expected delivery and arriving in jhb and blah blah blah. My favourite is that the one call agent got very excited that part of the order arrived already in jhb.... the \part"he was talking about was the convertor plugs that come with the phone!! After explaining to him that i would need the phone as well to be able to use the plugs we decided it wasnt ground breaking BUT whatpushed me over the edge today was after many many emails I got told that my phone will still take 3 days (heard that one before and even have written proof of delivery dates given) but yesterdays email said about how my plugs are arriving in jhb now .... seriously?? By far the worst service with the most lies and empty promises I have experienced. <br> As an added bonus since my wait started the phone is also now R1000 cheaper.... am i getting a refund for that amount? <br> Sort this out asap!
