Im dissapointed with their courier services FedEx

ordered 2 Tablets from Orange Store on the 13 Jul 2015 and on Monday 20 Jul I received an email that my parcel has been shipped and their call centre agent told me I will receive them within 48hrs but when I called their courier partners FedEx I am being told endless stories...it will be delivered tomorrow and when tomorrow comes I am told of another tomorrow.....a week has gone and now I am being told for next week Monday 27 July.....I am just so DISSAPOINTED
