Helpful with order that didn't go though

My order didn't go through when buying a mobile phone on Orange Store. The transaction when through on my credit card though. I panicked at first, but after speaking to Dariya, she assured me that she will sort it out. Over the next few days she gave frequent feedback and the problem was sorted out soon. Great service!
