Great service

I have never dealt with the Orange Online store, but I saw a great deal and went for it. In my haste, I accidently stated that I wanted to collect in Cape Town, but I actually needed it delivered to Pretoria instead. Called Vladimir at Orange and he informed me that I should pay R65.00 via EFT and the money will be allocated to my order. Another order I had placed had cancelled items on (due to Orange not importing the items), he was quick to come back to me requesting my banking details to do the refund. I asked if I could update my current order and pay with my credit balance and he was more than willing to assist. Great guy, great attitude! Thank you for all the help Vlad!
