Great Response and Assistance

I purchased a new phone, cover and smar****ch with them. Then about a week in I noticed a problem with the strap on the watch, I contacted them and they assisted me quickly from there. Organised the courier to collect and all. I would have been happy if they just replaced the strap, but they sent me a complete new watch.<br> <br> Over all my experience with Orange was 8 out of 10.<br> <br> Only thing they lacked a bit was to keep me updated with the return, but when asked they had the details at hand.
