Great Customer Service from Orange

It has been months since I received my order and complained initially about the delays from Orange South Africa. However to provide an update for other users, my initial package had been delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances (the courier vehicle being hijacked in transit which is what I was told).<br> But I must commend the staff at Orange because even though there was a lot of back and forth communication they never became frustrated or impatient but always kept me informed of what was happening at my request.<br> Understandably when you have to wait for stock from overseas it may take some time but I am sure this is not always the case.<br> I've enjoyed my current phone for a few months now and am looking towards Orange again for my next device simply because of their help, friendliness and great customer service.
