Faulty phone sales - STAY AWAY!

<p>I recently purchased a Sony Xperia Z3 compact from this supposedly reputable company. On the first day I had this phone it fell out my pocket whilst sitting on a chair, no more than 40cm. The screen was so badly cracked it actually had no functionality (normally you can still use a phone with a cracked screen). Having had 2 of these phones I know how robust they are and immediately suspected the phone was faulty.</p> <p>They gave me a loan phone whilst they assesed it. After 3 weeks the result was that they were not willing to fix it or replace it.</p> <p>I then had the phone repaired myself with original Sony parts. I used the phone for another week or so again and dropped it onto a carpet floor. Again, the phone was so badly damaged it again had zero functionality. The reason I pirchased this phone is because of its robustness. I probably dropped my last model about 100 times and never had an issue. I understand that it depends on how the phone falls, what surface etc. But seriously, for the screen to crack and have zero functionality twice, onto carpet flooring, within the space of 2 weeks, is ridiculous. One of the falls from 40cm above the ground!!! Not to mention the battery life was less than half of my last model.</p> <p>Also the phone is an originla Sony phone, I am certain there is a major problem with the components inside the phone.&nbsp;What a waste of money! Also, I see I am not the first person who has bought a faulty Sony Xperia Z3 compact from Orange. Catch a wake-up guys! &nbsp;</p>
