Faulty Lumia 535 Batch Screen Replacement

We requested Orange to take our phones and replace the touch screen interface with a new one.<br> Multiple complaints on the internet about the issue is present: erratic touch screen behavior.<br> <br> Microsoft SA says we can send in the phones to get the screens replaced, provided we liaise with the supplier.<br> <br> Orange claims that they cannot do it as it has been imported by them.<br> <br> This is questionable as to how Orange honors returns and / or customer complaints.
