Great service like no other!<br> <br> After I ordered a mobile phone online, I enquired about the estimated time of delivery. After speedy reply from Elzbieta Wroblewska from Orange Online, it was found that the phone I ordered was out of stock. After requesting that the phone I ordered be swapped with another, I found that there was a deficit amount that I needed to pay in (R11). Elzbieta handled everything within a few minutes, swapping my order AND the difference was matched up by Orange. Everything sorted within an hours time. Seriously impressed and would definitely recommend Orange Online, even if it is just for the service provided and quick response!
