Dont buy from Orange!!!
I recently ordered a computer from Orange that cost over R15 000 which gets me free postage within 2 working days. <br> <br> I ordered online on the Tuesday and waited until Friday for the package to arrive.....to my surprise the package wasn't delivered. I then phoned them and they informed me they had no trace of the order, which was strange as I received and order number from PayU.<br> <br> I gave them the number which they then claimed was not valid, yet they had all my details and order details......very strange......all they could say ''we will try and help'', ''pay again and we will deliver the second item while they sort out the first order'' ......***....<br> <br> I proceeded to call my bank (thanks FNB) and they gave me a merchant code and number, which I then gave to orange. Its now a week later and not one phone call!!!!!<br> <br> I called and they informed me it was PayU's fault, I called PayU and they gave me all the info and the order number......well done PayU!!!<br> <br> All the info is now with Orange and not one person has said your order is now being processed...Final words ''don't buy from Orange'' <br>

It appears you encountered an error during your checkout process based on your description above.
All successful orders placed with us generate automatically a 12 character alpha-numeric reference which is used in all correspondence. If you do not have this then your order was not placed with us and an issue occurred with PayU.
There's no need to worry as we can investigate this internally with PayU and get this matter resolved for you.
Please get in touch via *** and if you could include the exact amount debited to your card, the date of the transaction and the last 4 digits of the Credit Card used, that will allow us to start the process.
Please also feel free to forward us any correspondence which you may feel has not adequately been attended to so that we can investigate this further.
