Don't buy from Orange Store - Poor Comms-Support

I just done finished speaking to their Customer Support, on their 010 number. I sent an email on Oct 1 and as of today (15th) no reply hence my call. The reason given why I had no reply to my emails was because my email did not appear in their system: \because it probably came from Gmail or Microsoft and our system is overloaded and doesn't always work properly"(Orange quote) even though I have a ref# from them!<br> <br> I purchased 2 phones and only noted recently that they did not meet spec as far as internal storage was concerned. The one phone is within the warranty while the other isn't but Orange contend that this has to be picked up within 7 days and because the phones still work that it doesn't qualify for repairs or return."""
