Do not use!
<p>I recently tried to purchase an item on the website and was unsuccessful. The checkout proses was fast and efficient. I was unprofessionally informed that they was not enough stock on the item ordered thus not on website checkout. I then requested them to send me the stock they have and refund me on the rest. The did not even try to fulfill my request or rep**** to it. I also have not received any refund. Customer care service is very subpar and thus advise you to not buy from them as they do not care about their customers and take your money without refunding it... Order no: 65DM5F185563</p>

We've looked into your order and found that you ordered 980 units of a product when only 2 units were due to be available. We're unsure how you managed to do this but the clearly noticable error has been reported onto our technical department for investigation so that this does not occur again in the future.
We have noted additional orders from you with the same issue.
In the interim, we would recommend only purchasing what the website shows as available rather than trying to insert your own quantity. This can avoid you having your order cancelled due to no stock being available of what was originally ordered.
