Dissatisfied Customer due to poor delivery

I purchased an LG G3 S on 31 Jan 2015 online at [URL Removed] and sent through proof of payment on 2 Feb 2015. I called your call centre today around 14:10pm today and spoke to Tsvetelina. She told me that the phone will only come to the UK by Friday, 13 Feb 2014 and thereafter it will come to your Sunninghill branch in Johannesburg by Monday 23 Feb 2015. She said I should receive the phone by 24 Feb 2015. Based on what is advertised on the Orange online store, it clearly states that ZA customers can expect shipment in 6 working days. From the time I did payment (2 Feb 2014) to now has been 6 working days. As mentioned by Tsvetelina today, I will only receive the phone on 24 Feb 2015. It will be another 10 workings days till it comes to me. In total it will take approximately 16 working days to get the phone as compared to the 6 working days advertised on this site. As it stands I am very disappointed and Orange is advertising incorrect information on their web site. If I knew that this would be the case before I placed the order, I would have never bought this phone from your company. For a large company like Orange to be advertising incorrectly is really dissappointing.
