Disapointed

I was going to write a positive review in regards to the quick responses on queries, good delivery times and good pricing but I've been waiting more than two weeks now for my refund on a faulty Nexus 5 I had to send back. The latest email I sent them seems to not get any reply so I decided to come write here.
