Delivery One Month Late

I have ordered from Orange twice before and always got great service and delivery. This time has been very disappointing. I ordered a R5000 phone with a cover and screen protector. The items were due to be shipped within 6 days, however this did not happen. The order was part shipped a whole month later and I only received the phone (no cover or screen protector) 3 weeks after the supposed due date. The rest of the order remains a mystery. So now I'm sitting with a very expensive phone and no cover. I had to go out and buy a screen protector in the meantime to avoid any possible damages to my phone while I wait for the items I have already paid for. When I followed up on the order yesterday, I got told that it hasn't been delivered yet as the couriers had my post box address and not the physical address - very confusing as the first part of my order arrived ok??? I've been sent on a wild goose chase, being told that the order is arriving in a week and then on Monday and then by Friday and then another date and so on and so on. I don't know what to do anymore. I would love to cancel this order but even this seems impossible??!!
