3 weeks before phone even sent to repair centre
Dear Sir/Madam
After receiving confirmation that I should return my Motorola Android phone, as a result of a charging issue after less than 12 months of use, I paid R195 to courier my phone to Orange in Jhb. Since then I have sent repeated follow up queries, only to receive an email today, three weeks later, to say that my phone has only today been sent to the Repair Centre and it can still take up to month to repair.
I'm sure you understand the handicap of being without your phone (and your apps) for even a day, never mind three weeks, but there seems to be no sense of urgency to resolve the issue at all. In addition, my phone is currently under warranty, but the longer you delay, the closer it gets to the \expiration"date."""
