Useless !!

What’s the point of having an office at wonderpark estate when the employees are just as useless as the company. All the communication channels are useless and not work. I’ve emailed only to have a bot respond to me. The phone calls don’t go the thorough and the WhatsApp line is none existence. When I ask the employees if they can contact head office they’re quiet. Is this a real company?? I’ve an inquiry about a certain charge I’m not aware of and the employees are basically telling me what to do with my money!!!! Disgusting. And a penalty of 200 get ****** real. Hate this service with every fibre of my being!!!! Rha!
