Useless !!
What’s the point of having an office at wonderpark estate when the employees are just as useless as the company. All the communication channels are useless and not work. I’ve emailed only to have a bot respond to me. The phone calls don’t go the thorough and the WhatsApp line is none existence. When I ask the employees if they can contact head office they’re quiet. Is this a real company?? I’ve an inquiry about a certain charge I’m not aware of and the employees are basically telling me what to do with my money!!!! Disgusting. And a penalty of 200 get ****** real. Hate this service with every fibre of my being!!!! Rha!

Useless !!

Ineffective assistance, communication
Worst service provider ever, one thing they are excellent at is ineffective assistance and communication. Bad move by Pretor to get into business with Orah energy at Wonderpark Estate.

Horrible experience with Orah Energy at Wonderpark estate
The experience with Orah Energy has been extremely disappointing. The transition and management of tenant accounts have been poorly handled, with some tenants experiencing electricity disconnections for more than four days. Beyond the service disruptions, we have experienced what we believe to be poor management, aggressive and unprofessional conduct, poor communication, and disrespectful treatment of tenants. There are further concerns about how Orah Energy was selected as the service provider and whether the proper processes were followed. Given the apparent involvement of the facility manager in some of the issues and the way tenants have allegedly been treated, we believe the appointment process and the conduct of those involved should be independently investigated. Residents deserve transparency, proper accountability, respectful treatment and reliable services

Orahenergy worst service provider
Worst company, very rude, abuse of power and bullys. At Wonderpark Estate they have switched off our electricity just to get our attention for registration, we've registered and paid registration fees, now it's taking them more than 4 days to turn it on. Yhoooo!!!!!!
