Unauthorized Debits - ********** Activities

Good day,

We were promised the R500 debit that was taken would be refunded.

It's end of 3 May and STILL NOTHING.

When will this be sorted of should I take it up with SAPS and also spread on social media and get newspapers involved for ********** activities.
