Optique Optometrists should be avoided at all costs

I'm totally sickened by Optique Optometrists ... They prescribed poorly made specs, twice & expect that I must pay for spectacles when I don't have it... Then this chick that phones me, wants to insinuate that I broke the specs, when things didn't happen like that at all... When I spoke to the guy now the last time when I was there, he didn't give any clear answer on what's going to happen next, regarding the payment... I'm still waiting... Now you gonna see again they gonna say they did try contact me, when they know they didn't! Cos that's what happened when I complained online that I'm waiting a month for my specs but they expect me to pay, when I'm not wearing the product I went to buy by them... That guy I spoke to at the office didn't seem to want to have any conversations with me ... It's s month now... The longest time that I've had the specs... Now I'm getting threatened with legal action because two installments weren't paid... It should be three that's not paid because I went for 3 months without specs... The experience itself of not wearing the spectacles you're supposed to, was harrowing... Then still finding out that they gave poor advice regarding the frames, which caused the initial problem... & Now being blamed for specs breaking when I know I'm not the cause of it, it's because they sold me ****... These specs cost more than double what my last specs cost... & My list specs were transition lenses... These are plain.... I don't throw around expensive things, I look after my stuff... Now that chick from yesterday wants to make asif I broke them?!? Hell no! I won't accept that.
