Not Receiving contact lenses that were ordered online

Not Receiving contact lenses that were ordered online. Placed an order for contact lenses on Monday the 11th of December 2023. On Monday the 18th of December 2023 I had to follow up with Optique optometrist to find out where is my contact lenses as I haven't heard anything from them. They indicated that they will do an overnight delivery as soon as they get the contact lenses. The contact lenses were shipped on Wednesday the 20th of December 2023, hoping they would keep their promise and deliver in time for me. On Friday the 22nd of December 2023 I noticed that there are still no order out on delivery. I informed them that the office building closes at 12h00 and if it is not in time they should courier it to my house. They promise to do it. Only to find out at 14h00 that the courier company is at the closed office building after I have changed the address. Optique Optometrists informed me that I will now only get my contact lenses after Christmas. As my contact lenses were supposed to be a gift from my husband, I will unfortunately be without a gift this Christmas. Thanks for Spoiling our Christmas.

As a first time customer I would advice all my family and friends never to use Optique Optometrist as they are not reliable. Rather use a reliable source and go back to a reliable optometrist who are actually able to deliver on their promises.

This experience made me to never use Optique optometrist and rather go back to my old optometrist who are more reliable and who I can trust.

I even doubt that I will receive my Contact lenses after Christmas as I can unfortunately not believe anything that Optique optometrist tells me.
