I can't see how they are still in business

Went for an eye test to get multi focal glasses. 2 weeks later I called... They had my contact details wrong... I went in to collect only to find the lenses was not multi focal. They said they will fix it "free of Charge"... A week later I called again... They never ordered the new lenses. I asked for the manager to call me back.... No joy... Not sure if the prescription is correct??
