Yesterday I got a call from Meg Pillay regarding my specs being ready. My issue was resolved after an incident with the lab. The resolution to the inconvenience was amazing, I got my specs and compensated with a pair of prescription sunglasses. I am very happy and cannot wait to rock my sunglasses this summer. Thank you so much for sorting this out for me. I appreciate it so much. I collected my specs yesterday. Just need to wait for my sunglasses to come back from the lab. Thank you Optique
