Dropping the ball

My initial experience with your company was pleasant; I received my spectacles within three days of my eye test. However, I'm currently extremely frustrated by the delay in receiving my glasses. Since March 25th, 2024, I've been eagerly awaiting their arrival, but as of April 4th, they still haven't arrived. As someone who relies heavily on my glasses for clear vision, this delay is greatly inconveniencing me. I'm very disappointed with the service provided and will not consider returning to your establishment for future visits or repairs if this issue persists.
