Disappointed service

I've complained about the service of their Menlyn branch a month ago, still no joy... It's been 2 months since I bought glasses from them and I've not received them yet.. stories were told that their lab is struggling... Then the currier was not working well... So I've asked for my money back.... But I get stories of it's been requested from their admin department but they are struggling as well... I'm so disappointed in this experience with the Menlyn branch
