Bent display frame

Went to Mossel Bay Optique for new glasses. I felt disappointed - frame collection was not great, chose a frame but the frame was bent. The staff assured me I wont get the display frame, I will get a new one. Was told it would take up to 14 working days but got the call a week later which was great! Only to get my "new" glasses with the exact same bent frame. So I got the display frame. The optometrist just laughed and said she can straighten the frame. Not the point. I still feel disappointed.
