Bad service and don't tell the truth to there clients

I had the worst experience from Optique in Menlyn I bought my glasses from them almost two years ago. If made payment arrangements and the debit order went off every month. However the last month of the payment the debit order did not go off. So I called them and the lady said don't know why the debit order did not go through. So the next month the same story and the month after that. Now almost a year later they told me I owe them money. And they even **** in my face telling me my debit orders did not go through. So after arguing with them I made the last payment and they don't even bother to respond when I emailed them saying payment were done. There staff don't know how to do there work. Don't even have the guts saying sorry we made a mistake on our side. I was supposed to do my glasses next year again and I will not use them ever again.
