Worst service & experience ever!

Had an appointment there for myself and son. Took over 2 weeks to get my son's glasses and they even broke the frame. My son's prescription was incorrect. Called endlessly to check for my glasses, was told they had arrived, by the way I hadn't chosen my frame. Left with the glasses that they said were kine and was called back to be told that they had given me the wrong glasses. I still haven't received my glasses. The worst service I have ever received!!!!!
