Bad Customer Service
My whole customer journey wasn't pleasant. First I have booked an appointment for the following day and when I got there My Appointment wasn't made and I had to do a run around to both of your branches at the mall that I could understand mistakes do happen. But Now Having to wait 3 weeks and have never been contacted to Bring my frame up until I made the initiative of contacting you back. Even during the call I had to explain what is going on after you have confirmed You got my detail. This is not a good customer service esp for a new customer who wanted to recommend you to other customers it's really a disgrace I am not happy at all.
