I’m so dissatisfied with Letitia/Leticia’s service delivery. Her consistent lack of professionalism with loyal, paying customers is disappointing. Her tone, attitude and demeanour does not exemplify that of someone who is meant to work in retail. Despite being a loyal customer of Optic Edge Parow, i will be taking my business elsewhere because I refuse to deal with arrogance and unprofessionalism.
