Vodacom / Opera Telecom *****ing money from my account

This is the message that I received on Monday 4 September 2017. "Welcome: Get your content http://www.nowmasti.co.za/content?m= (my phone number). Nowmasti subscription R5/day. Unsub SMS STOP to 44613. Help call ********** 177 (VAS).

They have cleared out all the money in my Vodacom account. I have contacted Vodacom and they just stopped the subscription for me, but are not willing to reverse this. I have reviewed this and there are several complaints about this happening to Vodacom customers and yet, nothing can be done to give me my money back. This is ********** and I want to know what Vodacom is doing to rectify this situation. Some reviews that I have seen date back to 2015 complaining about this issue.
