<p>Just reviewed itemised bill from VODACOM and it included a R5 a day charge for a service called :- </p> <p>"10/09/2016 12:40:06 0 Opera Telecom AmpUp Mobile 4.39"</p> <p>Called VODACOM and they were not really helpful other than to assist me to unsubscribe from the service I dont remember subscribing to.</p> <p>Finally found a working phone number ********** for OPERA Telecom (They seem to change numbers) and helpdesk was very quick to say he would also unsubscribe me from the service.</p> <p>I said that's not good enough and I want a refund of all charges.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wonder how many people dont pickup on these so-called service chanrges, and are being ****med all the time!</p> <p>This company makes money for "JAM", for ever and a day and maybe gives some of it back at some point.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will update this post with the outcome of my request.</p> <p> </p> <p>-Angelo</p>
